• Return Period:
  You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

• Return Conditions:

  • The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and complete.
  • All accessories sent with the product, warranty certificate and invoice (if any) must be sent with the return.

• Return Process:

  • You can initiate your return request by sending an e-mail to info@pixelproductstudio.com with your order number.
  • After approval, send the product to the specified address with the contracted cargo company.

• Refund:

  • After the returned product is examined by us, if the return is approved, the payment will be made to you within 10 business days using the same method of payment.

• Delivery:
